Two Snowflakes

0

snow

No two snowflakes are alike. Each is a totally unique creation.

This morning my wife walked me to my car, handed me my coffee, and kissed me goodbye like she usually does. As I loaded my briefcase into the car, we noticed there was a very light snowfall with tiny snowflakes appearing on my windows. My wife reveals that little girl side of her when it snows; I love seeing her smile about the little joys in life. Snowflakes don’t last long, but they’re pretty for a moment.

No two snowflakes are alike. Each is a totally unique creation.

We now have three children. Each of them is a totally unique and different person than the other. It is amazing how God does that. Each of us living our completely different lives, all of us a unique creation; none of us are the same.

Whenever you doubt, whenever you stumble or fall, remember this: God has uniquely and creatively woven your existence at this place in time. He pays so much attention to detail that each person throughout history, as short as our lives are, is a totally unique creation. That fact that each of us is unique reveals how much importance He has placed in our existence. We are not his slaves, nor his orphans. We are God’s children.

No two snowflakes are alike. Each is a totally unique creation. And so are you.
