Churches are a great source of encouragement as we try our best to be good parents, husbands/wives, coworkers, and friends. Churches aren’t just a building, but are a great movement of Christ Followers who want to reflect the love Jesus gives to everyone else.

I’ll take an inventory of what the current experience for first time guests is, and provide an executive summary with everything you need to get better. You don’t have to be a megachurch to do this!

Guest Follow-Up: I will help you develop a process that connects every guest to a friendly face in your church that welcomes them back. I want you to believe that your church can become the very best at this!

Small Church Communication Strategy: I will draft a strategy with you to maximize your effectiveness and simplify the work that your team does each week. You will have a plan for everything from your bulletin, Sunday on-stage announcements, and digital communication including email and Social Media. You don’t have to be a Megachurch to do this!
